This position will support the Asia Pacific Procurement and Contracts group. Specifically, the role will be support and coordinate the tender/procurement process for the tenders and agreements. Accountable for assisting any business administrative work for VP of Commercial, Asia Pacific. Responsible for the reporting functions associated with the agreement spend analysis and KPI reports, etc. for the P&C group. Maintain P&C systems with the latest data associated with the agreements for the P&C group.

·Responsible for ensuring the tender/procurement process for the P&C tenders and agreements utilizing Husky’s approved system and conducting analysis and evaluation of supplier performance that meet company’s standards and requirements.

·Actively interact with Calgary MM team for maintenance and optimization of Husky Asia Pacific vendor setup process so that to the best accommodate Asia Pacific business requirements.
