In the role of China Regional Channel Leader, you will:
Develop the China Channel Partner growth strategy for Digital Solutions
Collaborate with Business Unit Global Commercial Leaders and Regional Sales Directors to develop, refine, and drive coverage strategy in each region
Ensure adherence to the Baker Hughes and Digital Solutions Channel Partner policies, guidelines, and processes beginning at onboarding and throughout our relationship
Drive optimization of the channel portfolio for renewals and terminations
Ensure consistent operating rhythm and visibility to key performance indicators
Leverage synergies across channel portfolio and maximize return on investment
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Channel Partner business models
Foster and grow relationships with strategic Channel Partners
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum 8 years of sales or commercial experience with progressively increasing scope and responsibility
Experience with Channel Partners
Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English

Demonstrated experience in the management of Channel Partner relationships to gain trust, influence behaviors and outcomes, and resolve conflict; ability to establish and drive strategy with third parties

Experience working in cross-functional and global business environment with sound understanding of process
